Submit once. A second signup with the same email often delays the first letter. Check Promotions and Spam before you ask staff. Finish verification on the same mirror where you started — simpcity.cr, simpcity.city, simpcity.lt, or simpcity.es.

If the letter never comes, the register thread has the usual fixes, and contact is there for the rest. Do not post your email in public.
